【论著】科研成果通报：硕士生虎雪艳在权威期刊IJPR发表研究成果

2021年2月，东吴博彩平台 智慧供应链研究中心2019级硕士研究生虎雪艳与其导师冯博教授与Juliet Orji博士合作的论文 Multi-tier Supply Chain Sustainability in the Pulp and Paper Industry: A Framework and Evaluation Methodology 被《International Journal of Production Research》（IJPR）接收。该论文基于TOE和HOT热点理论框架，从多层供应链视角去探讨供应链可持续性的关键影响因素，并构建出创新性的多层供应链可持续性的评价框架。同时，评价结果提供了丰富的、具有指导意义的管理洞见，对制造业可持续供应链评价具有借鉴意义。《International Journal of Production Research》是制造、生产和运营管理研究领域的权威SCI期刊，影响因子为4.577。
A research paper entitled Multi-Tier Supply Chain Sustainability in the Pulp and Paper Industry: A Framework and Evaluation Methodology by a Master's student, Miss Xueyan Hu, at the Research Center for Smarter Supply Chain, Dongwu Business School, was recently accepted by《International Journal of Production Research》(IJPR). This paper is co-authored with her advisors Prof. Bo Feng and Dr. Juliet Orji. Based on the TOE and HOT theory framework, this study discusses the key influential factors of supply chain sustainability from the perspective of multi-tier supply chain and develops an innovative evaluation framework of multi-layer supply chain sustainability. IJPR is an SCI journal with an impact factor of 4.577.
虎雪艳是我院企业管理专业硕士二年级学生。本科毕业于宁夏大学经济管理学院，获得学士学位。其研究兴趣包括智慧供应链、可持续供应链管理以及多标准决策。
Miss Xueyan Hu is a second-year Master's student in the Department of Business Administration at Dongwu Business School. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ningxia University. Her research interests include smart supply chain and sustainable manufacturing operations.
