【论著】科研成果通报：硕士生赵明在国内权威期刊《管理评论》 发表研究成果

2022年1月，东吴博彩平台 2021级硕士研究生赵明与其导师刘忠志博士合作的论文“基于主题模型的众包任务复杂度测量研究”，被《管理评论》录用。该论文旨在解决客观任务复杂度的测量这一具有现实意义和挑战性的问题。现有研究主要通过参与者行为等信息间接测量任务复杂度，考虑较多主观因素，干扰任务复杂度测量的效度。该论文主要通过主题模型LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation)分析，从模块复杂度、协调复杂度和动态复杂度三个维度构建客观的任务复杂度指标。该研究有助于解决客观任务复杂度的测量问题，进一步推动众包任务设计、参与行为和绩效等方面研究，对于平台管理者多角度分析任务复杂度、有效匹配任务复杂度与其他任务设定因素也具有一定的借鉴意义。
《管理评论》是中国科学院大学主办的学术月刊，系国家自然科学基金委员会管理科学部认定的少数几种核心期刊之一，已被中文社会科学引文索引（CSSCI）期刊收录。目前，《管理评论》已经被管理学界公认为一本学术价值居领先地位的期刊。
In January 2022, our graduate student Mr. Ming Zhao and his advisor Dr. Zhongzhi Liu’s paper, entitled “Measuring Task Complexity in Tournament-based Crowdsourcing: A Topic Modeling Approach”, was accepted by Management Review. The Management Review is a monthly academic journal, edited by the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. It has been indexed in the Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index (CSSCI), and ranked as the Class A-level journal by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
Through Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA), a text analysis technique, this paper constructs three objective measures of task complexity using the corresponding topic characteristics and empirically examines their validity. This paper provides an automated method to solve the challenging issues of task complexity measurement. It not only broadens the crowdsourcing study about task characteristics and participant behavior but also provides the novel perspective to implement quantitative text analysis and machine learning in management research.
赵明是我院企业管理专业硕士一年级学生。本科毕业于苏州大学东吴博彩平台 ，获得学士学位。其研究兴趣包括众包和文本分析等。
Ming Zhao is a first-year graduate student at Dongwu Business School, Soochow University. He received the Bachelor of Management (2021) from Soochow University. Ming Zhao’s research interests include crowdsourcing and text analysis.
