【基金】祝贺Hyojin Kim博士获国家自然科学基金外国学者研究基金项目

近日，2021年度国家自然科学基金外国学者研究基金项目正式公布，智慧供应链研究中心Hyojin Kim博士“Redesigning supply network: Supply network risk management strategy and its impact on financial, innovation, and agility performance”项目获批，实现研究中心外国学者基金项目零突破。
研究项目指出了公司供应网络的核心--高度可视性和灵活性，以便快速应对突发事件引起的供应链中断。该项目将用实证证明制定战略时必须考虑到的因素，使企业能够利用大规模全球供应网络数据在危机时刻灵活调整和管理供应网络。
Dr. Hyojin Kim has received the Research Fund for International Young Scientists granted by The National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC).
The research proposal, entitled “Redesigning supply network: Supply network risk management strategy and its impact on financial, innovation, and agility performance”, suggested the importance of the company’s core supply network that is highly visible and flexible in order to respond quickly to supply chain disruption triggered by unexpected events. With the support from NSFC, this research project will empirically demonstrate the factors that must be considered in establishing strategies that enable firms to flexibly adjust and manage supply network in times of crises by utilizing large-scale global supply network data.
2021年9月，Hyojin Kim博士的论文 “Supplier development at LG Electronics: Enhancing the stability, sustainability, and competitiveness of the supply base”收录在牛津大学出版的The Oxford Handbook of Supply Chain Management。该论文基于LG电子公司的案例，介绍了韩国企业为数字化转型而开展的供应商开发活动，这也是当前制造业关注的焦点问题。今年，Hyojin Kim博士还荣获江苏省双创博士，并在权威期刊IJOPM发表研究成果。
Dr. Hyojin Kim’s paper “Supplier development at LG Electronics: Enhancing the stability, sustainability, and competitiveness of the supply base” was recently published as an invited chapter in The Oxford Handbook of Supply Chain Management by Oxford University Press. Based on the case of LG Electronics, this explorative research introduces supplier development activities for the digital transformation undertaken by Korean companies, which are the current focus of interest in the manufacturing industry. In 2021, Dr. Hyojin Kim’s paper“The dark side of supply chain digitalisation: Supplier- perceived digital capability asymmetry, buyer opportunism and governance” was published on IJOPM.
