2023年4月，我院2020级硕士研究生彭瑶瑶与其导师车通博士等合作的论文 "The impacts of gamification designs on consumer purchase: A use and gratification theory perspective"被《Electronic Commerce Research and Applications》（ECRA）接收。ECRA是管理科学、信息系统领域重要的SCI/SSCI期刊，其2021年影响因子为5.622。

In April 2023, our master’s student Yaoyao Peng and her supervisor, Dr. Tong Che, published their paper "The impacts of gamification designs on consumer purchase: A use and gratification theory perspective" on Electronic Commerce Research and Applications (ECRA). ECRA is an SCI/SSCI journal in the field of management science and information systems with an impact factor of 5.622 in 2021.

该论文基于自我决定理论识别出电子商务生态系统中较为关键的三种游戏化设计因素，即目标、个性化以及互动；并且以使用与满足理论为基础，探究电子商务平台游戏化设计因素对顾客购买意愿的影响过程中整合利益所发挥的作用。该论文旨在研究游戏化设计对于顾客购买意愿的影响，填补游戏化场景与购物场景之间的空白，在游戏化设计与顾客购买意愿之间引入整合效应，拓展了电子商务生态系统游戏化的研究方向。

Based on self-determination theory, this paper identifies three key gamification design factors in the e-commerce ecosystem: goals, personalization, and interaction. And based on the theory of use and satisfaction, this paper explores the role of integration of interests in the influence of gamification design factors of e-commerce platforms on customers' purchase intention. This paper aims to study the influence of gamification design on customers' purchase intention, fill the gap between gamification scenarios and shopping scenarios, introduce the integration effect between gamification design and customers' purchase intention, and expand the research direction of gamification in the e-commerce ecosystem.

彭瑶瑶是我院工商管理专业硕士三年级学生，本科毕业于安徽大学博彩平台 ，获得管理学学士学位。其研究兴趣包括服务创新、信息系统。

Yaoyao Peng is a third-year master's student at the Business school, Soochow University. She received a Bachelor of Management degree from Anhui University in 2019. Yaoyao Peng's research interests include Service Innovation and Information Systems.
